Your task will be to create and design a single webpage based on one of these topics.

An educational/instructional how-to web page on any topic of interest with instructions and pictures
A favorite recipe with instructions and pictures
A list of must-watch streaming tv shows
Website Content Requirements

Create engaging, chunked content for ease of readability and user experience.
You should have a minimum of 5 sections/steps/items for your webpage.
There should be a minimum of 1 image per section to help break up the content.
Your text content should be original and written by yourself.
Images can be used from any free image license site or your own personal images.
Website Technical Requirements

You can design the pages however you would like to but be sure it meets the following minimum standards:

Proper HTML structure, HTML tags, and use semantic HTML sections where appropriate. (Don't forget to use whenever possible)
CSS formatting for all text content. Define an internal/embedded style sheet for the head section of your page (or an external one if you wish).
CSS formatting for margins and centering content for your webpage.
Include appropriate title and meta tags for SEO purposes.
Create a well thought out but simple color scheme, see http://paletton.com or http://colrd.com/palette/ for inspiration (play with the site to get a scheme that fits your topic - focus on no more than 3 main colors)
The proper use of heading tags (h1, h2, etc.) for sections and hierarchy of the website.
Use at least one Google font in the CSS style sheet and ensure that you are using a font other than the standard times new roman fonts.
Run your HTML code through the HTML validator link: https://www.freeformatter.com/html-validator.html
Have fun with this one. It's always great to see what everyone ends up doing for their designs. Eventually we will publish our webpages and share our work with our classmates.

Submit Your Work

When you have completed your website and have tested that it works in a browser, publish it to your newly created webserver, test it again and submit your website URL to the assignment submission. Check your webpage for spelling errors by running the website URL through this cool tool - https://typosaur.us/.
